Lisa Brooks, Owner

Lisa Brooks is a dedicated caregiver and mother of five, including an adopted special needs son. Her career has always revolved around meeting the needs of others.

She began as a radio announcer in London, Ontario, working at local radio stations before transitioning into the helping field, supporting autistic adults. Later, she became a General Manager in health and safety, but her focus shifted when she decided to stay home to nurture and support her special needs son’s development.

Living a healthy lifestyle, Lisa has extensively researched the impact of diet and nutrition on health. Her studies revealed how dietary changes can alleviate ailments and, in some cases, reverse the effects of disease. This passion inspired her to explore senior care, recognizing the need to revitalize an outdated system with modern, creative approaches.

She is committed to integrating new research on health, nutrition, and brain stimulation into her work to enhance the quality of life for seniors.

A nurturing, compassionate individual with a strong work ethic, Lisa is driven by the desire to celebrate and empower seniors. She is determined to help them maintain independence and dignity by promoting healthy lifestyle choices and supporting their ability to stay at home.

Fully insured, bonded, and police-checked for vulnerable persons, Lisa brings both professionalism and a heartfelt commitment to her work with seniors.
